2. Join support groups. They say it’s always more fun to do something with someone else. It gets lonely if you’re on your own doing something that you think is hard. Well, the best solution is to find a group of people who share the same goal with you. If you are determined to lose weight, find friends who are in the same battle and try to work with them. Share your goals with each other. Encourage one another to stick to your new lifestyle for a healthier and slimmer you. And don’t worry if most of your friends need not lose weight. You can find support groups online. Just search online for groups who are interested in losing weight and begin from there.
3. Take photos of your current body, where you can see the body that you don’t like. Now use this as an inspiration. Whenever you feel the urge to munch on fatty foods, sweets, or simply just binge on midnight snack, look at the photo. Do you want to maintain that figure? I’m sure you’ll be encouraged to watch what you eat as long as you have something tangible to look at every time you feel weak.
