You can begin by jogging few hundred meters during the first days and keep adding as you progress.  This gives the body space to adjust to the new style. Heavy exercises at once can be dangerous especially if you were not used to exercising before. Walking around instead of driving all the time can also be beneficial. Walking or group hikes when there is time can be real fun while they help you to shed a few grams. Indoor sporting activities like badminton, basketball or tennis are also effective exercises.

c) Gym

The local gym could be the savior to your weight problems. Pay a visit and enroll for light exercises when you are free. The gym attendants will be very helpful in helping you identify the most productive gym exercises.
